Melissa Terzis
Melissa has nine years of experience in various facets of the Real Estate Industry. She bid the fashion industry goodbye when the lure of a multi-family construction project permanently hijacked her attention. Fascinated by all things related to building homes, she began her graduate degree while working for a land developer in Maryland. After finishing her MBA with coursework in Real Estate Finance, Melissa joined D.R. Horton in Rockville, Maryland in Acquisition and Development and went on to work for another National Builder, Engle Homes, for which she placed several condominium conversion projects under contract.
Having grown up just outside New York City, Melissa missed the energy of being in a city and began to focus on living and working downtown - in any capacity. During her hunt for a new home in 2004, she met Mansour at both of their first open houses, hers as a client and his as a Realtor. They became fast friends through the ups and downs of the turbulent and highly competitive market of that time period. Five years later they decided to become partners in business.
